Participantes aprenderam desde planejamento à gestão contratual
Cerca de oitenta profissionais do Sistema S (Sesi, Senai, Sebrae e Sesc), divididos em duas turmas, participaram do curso de Elaboração de Termo de Referência para Compras e Serviços, promovido pelo Instituto Euvaldo Lodi (IEL-MA), entidade do Sistema Federação das Indústrias (Fiema). O curso foi realizado na Casa da Indústria Albano Franco e encerrou na última sexta-feira, (09).
O curso teve como objetivo, capacitar o público sobre os processos administrativos a exemplo de gestão de contratos, planejamento, processo de seleção e licitação.
Para a analista técnica do Sebrae-MA, Marise Abdala, o curso contribuiu para o aperfeiçoamento das atividades exercidas na rotina profissional.
“Tendo em vista que os nossos regulamentos foram atualizados, estão em uma nova versão, esse curso veio agregar conhecimentos e possibilitar um melhor desempenho das nossas atividades”, afirmou.
Márcio Vinhais, assistente administrativo do Sesi-MA, em Rosário, ressaltou a importância da capacitação.
“O curso foi maravilhoso. Uma forma de aprender ainda mais sobre as práticas que executamos no nosso dia a dia, além de trocar conhecimento com todos aqui”, destacou.
O Termo de Referência é a peça técnica fundamental na contratação de bens, serviços ou produtos na administração.
Todos os procedimentos são pautados por um conjunto de ações que podem ser executadas de forma direta pela própria administração ou indireta pela contratação de pessoas físicas ou jurídicas.
É o que afirma a advogada e especialista em Licitações e Contratos, Julieta Mendes, que ministrou o curso pelo IEL-MA.
“Focamos do regulamento de licitações e contratações, à importância da elaboração do termo de referência, descrição do objeto, analisando desde a etapa de planejamento até a gestão contratual, para garantir contratações vantajosas, seguras, minimizando o risco de qualquer responsabilização”, declarou.
