Espaço gastronômico oferece oficinas gratuitas
O Sistema Federação das Indústrias (Fiema), em parceria com o Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Comercial (Senac), apresenta a Cozinha Show, um espaço gastronômico que faz parte da programação da Expo Indústria Maranhão 2023, o maior evento multissetorial do Norte e Nordeste. A Cozinha Show oferecerá oficinas gratuitas de preparo de pratos, bebidas, sobremesas e etiqueta à mesa, ministradas por profissionais qualificados do Senac.
As oficinas são uma oportunidade para os visitantes da feira aprenderem receitas saborosas, saudáveis e regionais, além de dicas de como servir e harmonizar os alimentos com vinhos e coquetéis.
Para falar mais sobre a Cozinha Show do Senac na Expo Indústria Maranhão 2023, conversamos com a gerente do Restaurante Escola Senac, Gabriela Vasconcellos, responsável pela programação do espaço gastronômico.
“A cozinha show é uma iniciativa do Senac para valorizar a gastronomia maranhense e promover a qualificação profissional no setor. Queremos mostrar ao público da Expo Indústria Maranhão 2023 a diversidade e a riqueza dos nossos ingredientes, pratos e bebidas, além de ensinar técnicas e dicas de preparo e serviço. É uma oportunidade única de aprender e se deliciar com a Cozinha Show do Senac.”
Gilberto Matos, coordenador da Expo Indústria Maranhão 2023, afirma que a Expo Indústria Maranhão 2023 é o maior evento do setor industrial do estado, que reúne empresas, instituições, entidades e profissionais de diversas áreas.
“A Cozinha Show do Senac é um dos destaques da nossa programação, pois oferece uma experiência gastronômica diferenciada e gratuita para os visitantes da feira. É uma forma de valorizar a cultura e a economia local, além de incentivar a inovação e a sustentabilidade na indústria alimentícia”, diz ele.
A Cozinha Show funcionará de 9 a 12 de novembro, no Multicenter Negócios e Eventos, em São Luís. As inscrições são feitas no local, por ordem de chegada, e as vagas são limitadas. Confira a programação completa das oficinas:
- 09/11: Oficina de Preparo de Saladas e Oficina de coquetéis com Gin;
- 10/11: Oficina de preparo de um prato regional e aula de Etiqueta à Mesa;
- 11/11: Oficina de preparo de uma Sobremesa regional e de drinques com elementos regionais;
- 12/11: Oficina de preparo de comida light e diet e serviços de vinho e harmonização com alimentos
